What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese, holistic energy-based, hands on healing modality. Working as a support mechanism to the body, Reiki re-establishes the normal flow of chi (life force energy) throughout the body which will enhance and accelerate the body’s innate healing ability.

Reiki is a safe, simple and a natural technique that anyone can learn or receive to empower their life.

Although everyone’s own body will dictate how it chooses to balance; these are some of the benefits:
  • promotes stress reduction and relaxation
  • calms the emotions and mind busyness
  • is a natural detox of stress and energy blocks
  • enhances mental clarity and promotes joy and grace

What To expect?

In Person Sessions:
  • Client arrives a few minutes early to fill out intake form.
  • Spend a few minutes discussing any concerns that client may have.
  • The Reiki practitioner will place hands on or above the fully clothed client on a massage table to channel Reiki. Clients usually feel relaxed and a sense of peace. 
  • Recommend client try 3-4 sessions and re-assess  how they feel.
Long Distance Sessions:
  • Reiki, being energy, can be sent a long distance, since energy has no physical limitations.
  • A date and time would be set up to send the energy. Clients are encouraged to be in a quiet place where they will not be disturbed.
  • The benefits are the same for client receiving in person or long distance sessions.
